Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. If you wish to cancel your registration, please write to us at arsicon2024@arsiindia.org
2. Please include the following details in the email-
- Your UPI/NEFT details in the cancelation request, depending on where you wish to receive the refund
- Your conference registration number.
3. Cancellations made till 30th January 2024 will receive a full refund of the registration fees.
4. Cancellations made after 30th January 2024 till 29th February 2024 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fees.
5. Cancellations beyond 29th February 2024 are not possible.
